The experience marks 140 years since Fabergé crafted its first Imperial Egg – a commission from Emperor Alexander III for Empress Maria Feodorovna that sparked an era-defining legacy. That original creation, the famed Hen Egg, has inspired everything from couture to collectibles. Now, it inspires a truly unforgettable dining ritual.
At Aelia, this story is reimagined through a carefully curated afternoon tea menu where jewel-toned pastries and elegant savouries mirror Fabergé’s design language—rich colours, intricate details, and a deep sense of craftsmanship. Each bite nods to the legendary house’s Imperial creations.
