Adding a new sparkle to the city’s hottest hotspot, the venue comes alive with a red carpet entrance so dress to impress, and dance in an evening of pure glamour. On Wednesday, 31 December, the beachfront will be completely covered and transformed into a dazzling celebration, inviting guests to trade their flip-flops for stilettos as they step into a breathtaking ballroom adorned with glittering disco balls, sculpted ice installations, and elegant round tables, all set against uninterrupted views of the Marina and Palm skyline. Welcomed with a bubbles reception, guests can then indulge in an array of buffet selections, sparkling beverages, and an atmosphere that makes every moment feel extraordinary. From the first toast to the last dance, the evening promises style, high-energy flair, and nonstop excitement.
The night kicks off with the Ball Brunch from 8:00PM to 12:00AM a four-hour feast of unlimited food and beverages that’s as bold and vibrant as the night itself. Guests can explore globally inspired stations, from fresh, hand-rolled sushi and melt-in-the-mouth sashimi to smoky American barbecue favorites, complemented by a nod to Agon Hospitality’s The Coterie, featuring British comforts, as well as creamy Italian classics, and flavour-packed Asian street food.
Signature highlights include fall-off-the-bone Short Ribs, rich, creamy Chicken Alfredo, Coterie Chicken Poppers, Fish and Chips, fragrant Thai Green Curry, and spiced Paneer Skewers, alongside a Cheese Station overflowing with artisanal favourites. To finish on a sweet note, a variety of decadent desserts will be available, including a towering Profiterole display, a flowing Chocolate Fountain, Tiramisu, and The Coterie’s Sticky Toffee Pudding. Every bite is part of a playful, indulgent culinary experience that keeps the energy flowing from start to finish.
Entertainment keeps the night alive, starting with a live band from 8:00PM–11:00PM, followed by a DJ spinning an irresistible mix of pop, R&B, singalongs, and house from 7:00PM–3:00AM, ensuring every guest stays on their feet. As midnight approaches, the venue offers breathtaking fireworks views of Marina skyline, Atlantis, Atlantis The Royal, and Burj Al Arab, creating one of the most spectacular vantage points in the city.
